It was all superb.

I spent my xmas vacation at a hotel near the harbour that was conveniently located close to the station and fantastic water sports activities. The staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great and the hotel had lovely views from some rooms. I also enjoyed the delicious evening meals that were provided.

The hotel did not offer many facilities, the parking area was a bit difficult to find and access, and the hotel was not decorated for Christmas, which made it less festive for the holiday season.

Spent Xmas in a hotel close to a marina and had great fun exploring the narrow gauge railway, paddleboarding, and fishing. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel was located just two minutes walk from the train station and offered a beautiful view from the balcony. The breakfast and dinner were also enjoyable.

That the doors lacked keys/keycards and needed a series of numbers to be entered on an electronic keypad. It was difficult, especially at night, to enter the hotel when returning from outside.
